Another excellent episode, folks. A few random points:
– Jenny mentioned in the beginning that she doesn’t believe in the supernatural, which resonated with me. I’ve been pondering this question for awhile, and I think it comes down to how you define the word “supernatural.” I’ve encountered two definitions that fit:
One says that something is supernatural if its cause is not generally understood. Thus, anything that remains unexplained is supernatural (presumably until such a time as it can be explained.)
The other says that something is supernatural if it *has no* cause. By that definition, there is only one thing that is supernatural: God. Everything else has a cause.
– Kudos for discussing Lewis’ space trilogy. It’s fantastic, although not for children!
